Hey Mr. Manners,

There is no 2.8 but here is 2.5 and 3.0 so you can pick and choose:

3.0
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/SuSE-Linux/5.3/unsorted/i4l/

2.5
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/SuSE-Linux/suse_update/misc/
