Could you tell me where I can find the on/off switches to JS and CSS in IE3.0. I've been looking everywhere--is there such a switch at all?

Thank you.

view->options->security at the bottom 'active content'
All controls you have :)
I guess 'disable downloading active content' should disable all scripts JS, VBscript
Cascading Style Sheets isn't supported by MIE3 so there is no on/off for it

Well, I'm not too sure about IE3 not supporting CSS; in fact I know it does. However, you may be right about not being able to switch this feature on/off. Let's see if we get any more input on this.

As far as JS in IE3: When you say "switching off downloading 'active content' means you eliminate IE3's ability to read JS scripts", does that mean local scripts as well? The reason I'm asking is that the option there is worded rather awkwardly. It's certainly open to interpretation, I think.

I'm gonna take a wait-'n'-see here, OK?

Regards,

Pete
