Looking for OCx dll To Convert Tiff to PDF format

I'm currently looking for OCX or DLL which can convert TIFF to PDF format. Apart from using acrobat capture are there any other options ?

You would have to buy the Acrobat Writer from Adobe and you can use their OCX from there... You obviously will have to liscense it out to redistribute, if that is your plan...
