Dr. Watson for NT<br />
An application error has occurred and an application errorlog has being generated &nbsp; explorer.exe &nbsp; Exception: access violation (0 x c 00000005), Address: 0 x 77c411c0<br />

Cannot open DrWatson Log file. Press OK to browse for new directory. &nbsp; Windows NT Error Code = 5<br />

I have a Windows NT Server, ver. 4.0 with ServicePack 3, and if I want to log on locally with a ordinary username I got the above mention fail-messages. What can I do?<br />

I have set permissions on both directories and files, and in the registry-database and in the usermanager for policy: account, user rights and audit.
