In psp the &quot;Layer pallet&quot; toolbar has disappeared, I have gone to view &gt;&nbsp;toolbars and cheched and unchecked the &quot;layer pallet&quot; checkbox, but it did nothing. does anyone know how I can get my layer pallet back?

In psp the "Layer pallet" toolbar has disappeared, I have gone to view > toolbars and cheched and unchecked the "layer pallet" checkbox, but it did nothing. does anyone know how I can get my layer pallet back?
