Fill text box with data using ASP

How can I do this? I am trying to update an ASP. I need to have the data come up in the text box and then let the user update it and then submit it back to the database.  Please Help!

Thanks but I forgot to menton the most important part - I need to let them scroll through the database records in the text box.
If you can help great if not thanks for your help so far....
