loading new cpu with stuff from old one

I'm planning to get a powrmac and need to know how to tranfer all the stuff from my centris 650 over to the new computer.  Is there any way to connect the two like I can do between my powrbook and the centris 650 now?

You can use ethernet. Your centris may need a AAUI to 10Base-T adapter. Just link them up with some cable and transfer all your files via appleshare. Make sure you have all the appropriate ethernet and file sharing drivers installed as thats the most common mistake.

well all of your drivers are on your origional system disks. just do a custom install of JUST the netowkr/ethernet stuff. as for cables youll want to use 10Base-T (looks like fat phon cable).
