Difference between _chdir and chdir ?

I am using VC++ to write a Win32 console app and have been asked what the difference between _chdir and chdir is.  Can't find anything in the Help ......

chdir is not ansi compliant. That means that your code is not portable. _chdir is ANSI compliant.
The implementation will not be different.
