Function that get memory associated with some program

I want to know is there some function in WinAPI that retrieves how many memory some program use, may be the used param is Handle.
...may be look like this  GetProgMem(WinAmp.Handle) for
WinAMP

Hello
i think the api your after is:

globalsize(hMem:HGOBAL):DWORD;

hMem is a handle to the memory object
and dword returns the size of memory object in bytes.

Can you give me example , because I don't know how to use
this variable HGLOBAL, I tried with Application.Handle and
it retrieve 0.
