Formula For BandWidth Useage?

HiYa'..!!
i would like to know how many surfers would have to access a web site for 10 minutes each with a connection of 28.8; to add up to 500megs..
  so that i can calculate such with other factors, i want to know what the mathamatical formula is.
   Q: what is the Formula?
