That file was part of the old Internet Control Pack. ocx is now known as Active-X
Try here:<http://www.netmastersllc.com/delphi4_1.dll?soft=activex> I *think*
you`ll find this file among those in the free download of Active-X ver 7.2 offered
here, but I`m not certain. let me know if this works for you, and I`ll repost an
"answer" instead of a "comment". BTW, you posted this question twice, and
should delete the duplicate question ASAP.

couldnt get on the site,,,,
to intrusive, and then didnt accept the amswers..Thanks anyway!!!
