I have bought a Phoebe Micro 56k modem and installed it. It worked fine for a couple days, now it won't work at all. It gives me a message : invalid vxd dynamic link call from WIN95AC to device "367B" service 8003. I have an older modem that I am using now which is Supraxpress 28.8 and it works fine. I am running windows98 and IE 4.0. Can you help me ? Thank you.

YOu are using a Rockwell-based 56K Modem. Win95AC.Vxd is a modem file from Rockwell.

I believe that you have not obtained the latest updates for this. Try getting one from your Modem Manufacturer. If not, check for an update from Rockwell site.

You are most probably using a Pre-Win98 released driver which have some incompatbility problem with Win98 and IE4.0.

Or did you install IE 4.0 after the Modem? This could have cause the error message too.
