We have scrollbar in javascript, but we need it to work on internet Explorer. Is there code we can add to this thing to make it work in visual basic? Or does anyone know how to make it compatible with both Netscape and internet Explorer?
This is the script we have:

<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript"><!-- Begin
function jumpTo(){
var URL = document.form.list.options[document.form.list.selectedIndex].value;
parent.frames[0].location=URL

}
// End --></SCRIPT></HEAD><DIV ALIGN=right><SELECT NAME="list"
onchange="jumpTo()">
   <OPTION>Please Select
   <OPTION VALUE="SRAprofile.html">About S'RA
   <OPTION VALUE="contact.html">Contact
   <OPTION VALUE="links.html">Links
</SELECT></DIV></P>
</FORM>
</BODY>
</HTML>

Do you mean selection list when you say scrollbar (I'm confused).
It seems like you want to jump to a url when the user selects an option from the combo box.

If that is the case, he's a javaScript that works (the JavaScript code is directly in the select tag):

      <SELECT NAME = "list" onChange = "if (htmlSite.options[list.selectedIndex].value != 'nope'){location.href = list.options[list.selectedIndex].value};">
        <OPTION VALUE="nope">Please Select
        <OPTION VALUE="SRAprofile.html">About S'RA
        <OPTION VALUE="contact.html">Contact
        <OPTION VALUE="links.html">Links
      </SELECT>

Hope this helps.  It works in IE and Netscape
