i would like to create a rollover in which text changes color.
(I am currently doing this with bitmaped text but i want to change to html text).
So style sheets is probably the way to do this...but i dont want to learn the whole theory behind style sheets. Can someone please give me a html code that changes the color of type when rolled over?

suppose you want to change the color of a heading to 'red' on mouseover, then add the event to the H1 tag like:

<H1 onmouseover="this.style.color = 'red';" onmouseout="this.style.color= black';">Make me red</H1>

This is applicable to all the other tags. It's as simple as that!!!
(but be aware that it only works in IE4)

I don't think you can do the same with NS. Image files with javascript is the only way. But there certain features of DHTML which work in both NS4 and IE4. You can get the details at :
