I have two puters.
One is a pc AMD 233 with 32 mb edo ram.
I put this together myself. The other is an old LC 576 Mac. It has no CD drive. Is there any way I can convert my PC music to Mac format? Without paying for a highly priced sound editing package? The files are all in wav format. Though I would like to convert (Or get a player for) some MOD files as well.
The last problem is that when I have converted them (Or gotten a MOD player off the net) how do I stop my PC being "helpfull" and altering the files so that the mac doesnt recognise them?
NOTE: The files are to be moved from one puter to the other on floppy.
NOTE II: The mac is not on the net. Only the PC is.

Thanks guys/gals!

SoundApp will do it, and even convert wav files to other formats. It will play most audio, including MPEG Layers I,II, and III(MP3s)

There are other apps as well.

Check them out.

If you are copying the file to A diskette from PC and are trying to read them on the Mac, you may want to try a utility called Conversion Plus. It will allow you to format a PC disk as a Mac disk and then you should be able to read the files on your Mac.
