You can restrict people from using any of your logged password programs by using FolderGuard4.5+ version, Norton Lock, or McAfee Lock-It. I have all three in my pc and they all are compatible with win95/win98. I personally use FolderGuard because it shields off any Folders and/or program that i password-protected. It even hides the program if you chose to hide it. You can only see it when you run the FolderGuard and enter the password.

Try using folder guard, it's a great program. You can password protect files, or you can even hide files.
