Looking for EMAIL program to run under NT !

I am using IIS3 web server on my NT machine but I need to run an email program from the Web for my feedback scripts.
Can somebody tell which email program is available for NT and can be run from a Perl script. Thanks

What you want is a program called BLAT which can be found at:
   http://www.interlog.com/~tcharron/
I searched all around and this is a nice, straightforward e-mail program that runs under NT. It's designed to run from the command line so it should be no problem having Perl spawn it, and it accepts mail messages from text files.
