How do I add a filelistbox control to my project?

From VB main menu, select

  Project
    ...
    ..
    Components
    ..

a dialog box appears, look for 'Microsoft Common Dialog Control 5.0 (SP2)' then click the checked box to select it.

Press 'Apply' button, then 'OK' button.
