I have just uppgrade to win 98. but I have some problems, when I starting win 98 theres no problems (i think)but then
when I clicking on the icons in the window an error message appere " Could´t open the internet place (Translatet from swedish)
File://windows\web\mycomp.th " 
Then the windows shut down and i can´t do nothing......
What shall i do?

Not enough information to be sure, but just as a quick thing, I would suggest checking to see if you have a real mode CDROM driver in your autoexec.bat file.  This would be a line with MSCDEX.EXE in it.  Windows will lock up if a Windows driver and real mode driver are both trying to install the same device.  If that line is there, make sure there is a REM in front of it.  Windows usually does this automatically, but you never know.  If this doesn't work, I would boot into safe mode and see if you have any conflicts, especially in the Hard Disk Controller section.  If so, remove the devices and let Windows redetect after restart.
