I need the specs to the POP so I can write a program that will download all my mail from different accounts.
If someone can point me to the specs the points are your, or if someone has code to do it I will raise the points

1.) perldoc Net::POP3
2.) Sample:
use NET::POP3;
$pop = Net::POP3->new('pop3mailhost');
$pop->user('myusername');
$pop->pass('myverysecretpassword');
$msgs=$pop->list();
foreach $msg (keys %$msgs) {
   print "Message $msg: Size= $$msgs{$msg}\nHeader:\n";
   foreach (@{$pop->top($msg)}) {
     print;
   }
}
$pop->quit();

Hope this helps

I found what I was looking for but I will give you the points anyway.  What I needed was RFC 1939
