Application wizard in vb6?

I have installed recently the visual studio 6 and i can´t find the application setup wizard!
Anyone know where can i get it?

I am using VB6.0 and I go to "Start", "Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0",
"Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Tools", "Package & Deployment Wizard"
