I have several Iframes on an asp page. Upon the running of another asp file I want to refresh an existing iframe without refreshing the entire page. I need an example of code to do this.

You must use client side scripting (javascript) for that.
In the ASP that is being run, put some javaascript code that will reload the Iframe:

<script>
parent.IframeName.reload();
</script>

note that "reload()" does not work with IE3. If you want it to work with IE3 also, then use:

<script>
parent.IframeName.document.location = parent.IframeName.document.location;
</script>
