Both are typically programming errors. Type 1 is a Bus error. Type 2 is an address error. Both errors occur when a program tries to access a piece of code that cannot be found. Some Bus errors can be caused by an error in the SCSI Bus. Address errors are usually caused by a program trying to access RAM at the incorrect location in RAM (address).
