Hi,
I have created a page and I am using style tag. I have no idea why only on one link the HOVER works and on & on other it doesn't, you can either see it working at
http://hail.icestorm.com/websource/list.html

or see this code

 <html>
     <head>
    <meta name="Author" content="Aseem Prashant">
    <meta name="DESCRIPTION" content="This is a free site to make web site and pages. A excellent page for webmasters. CGI, Javascripts and with latest information for webmasters.">
   <meta name="KEYWORDS" content="Webamaster CGI Javascript HTML Homepage Search Free Site Building">
    <title>List</title>
    <base target="main">
     <STYLE>
     <!--A:hover {text-decoration:bold; color:#CC3333;}
         A:link {text-decoration:bold; color:white;}-->
     </STYLE>
   </head>
    <body bgcolor="#007EBB" text="#FFFFFF">

       <script language="JavaScript">
       <!-- hide from JavaScript-challenged browsers    function openWindow(url, name) {      popupWin = window.open(url, name, 'width=400,height=200,left=200,top=200')    }        // done hiding -->
       </script>
   <p><A HREF="main.html" target="main"><font color="#FFFFFF" size="3" face="Arial"><strong>HOME</strong></font></A>
<font size="2"><br> </font><font color="#FFFFFF" size="1" face="Arial,Helvetica"><b><br> </b></font><font color="#FFFFFF" size="2" face="Arial,Helvetica"><b>DESIGNING<br> <br> MAINTAINING<br> <br> EARNING<br> <br> TUTORIALS<br> <br> ESSENTIALS<br> <br> PROGRAMS<br> <br> SPECIALS<br> <br> ERRORS<br> <br> TOOLS</b></font> <br> <br> <a href="javascript:openWindow('http://hail.icestorm.com/websource/credits.html',%20'remote');"><font size="2" face="Arial"><b>CREDITS</b></font></a><font color="#FFFFFF" size="2" face="Arial,Helvetica"><b> <br> </b><strong><b><br> </b></strong></font><a href="mailto:aseem@mailexcite.com"><font color="#FFFFFF" size="2" face="Arial,Helvetica"><strong><b>E-MAIL</b></strong></font></a> </p>

The reason it doesn't work on some is because they are not surrounded by the <A></A> tags... In addition, Netscape will not support the HOVER "subclass" in CSS yet...
