Hang up modem

How can I disconnect my modem connection programmatically?
I'm looking for a solution that works with all modems, also ISDN if possible.

Any help appreciated. Thanks!

If you are using Windows RAS connection, visit this site and download the TRAS component, it can detect current modem connection and provide you the method to hang-up it.
