Fax Server

We have installed  a FaxServer 4.5a over a NT 4 (sp3) (dedicated network) and everything went without errors, but it is not sending faxes. They are kept into the Sent folder of the fax user.

The FaxManager is running as service.

Is the time of the workstation and the server synchronized ???

Your problem most likely is your connection and domain documents. For your faxes to get out correctly you must have a domain document (foreign domain) which specifies what to do with anything destined to that domain (in this case faxes). Then your connection document tells Notes how to connect to the domain to route your faxes.

Double check your domain and connection documents.
