I would like to understand how the des(data encryption standard) (encryption and decryption) algorithm run and then to write a program using java . Can someone help me with this ?? <br />

Data Encryption Standard

Java is a platform-independent, object-oriented programming language and run-time environment, designed to have as few implementation dependencies as possible such that developers can write one set of code across all platforms using libraries.
