I know there is such thing as a program for my computer which acts as answering machine using my modem...My modem is voice compatible.  I've found a couple of these programs but none which are absolutely free.  Does anyone out there know of one of these programs that doesn't have an expirary date?  Thanks a bundle

Fax Talk Messenger, Rapid Comm Voice, and several others, are programs you can use to set your computer as an answering-machine. Almost every modem CD (or diskette), beside modem drivers, come with some of those programs (and they often have no expiration date); ¿have you checked that?

If you find nothing at all, just cry out, and I'll send you a mail with some of that.
