MasseyM, please review "How Experts Exchange(r) Works"
which states:
+---
| Sometimes clarification is needed before an expert
| is certain that the question can be answered.
| Experts may send you comments such as "If you mean
| such and such, then I know the answer", or
| "This is a tough question, if you'll increase your
| points offered from 50 to 200, I'll answer it."
+---
MasseyM, please tell me why are you harassing me for _obeying_ the guidelines?

Are you proposing that the guidelines be altered?

Thank you.
