How to backup Address book and Contact folders

I would like to know how to backup or export the Address book and Contact folders in MS Outlook 97.

To backup Contact folders simply
click on it and select menu
File -> Import and Export -> Export to a personal folder file.

Your  address book is stored in the file with
the *.pab extention
Simply make copy of that file.
