What is the setnote.cpl file?
An error in this file is preventing me from accessing my emails held on exchange server.

Joe,
  Anything .CPL is an applet that appears under the Control Panel folder.
  As it is an applet, you should be able to copy a working version from another machine and dump it in the windows\system directory.
