How do I make my application logon a user onto a windows 95/98 network?
Preferably without using any customs components, just the ones found in d4 standard.

Oh , sorry , you'll get ERROR_PRIVILEGE_NOT_HELD ie valid only under NT env.

exitwindowsex(EWX_REBOOT+EWX_FORCE,EWX_LOGOFF);

Combine EWX flags to get result what you looking for this example relogon user.
