Talk to another computert over Lan

How can i talk to another computer over LAN
write messages & more and send to the computer.
if you know any freeware component to do this then i will be
glad or code.

You can use borlads TCP/IP component to do that there is a sample from borland under your delphi directory to create a chat program

Delphi 3\demos\internet\dchat   //i think but it's under demos\internet

Or you can use wsockets, which is what I used to create a client\server app, these components are available at www.torry.ru under vcl then internet...
