RAS Functions

I need urgently the RAS functions in Visual Basic.
Especially RasSetEntryProperties, RasEnumDevices etc.
The more the better.
Also a sample of creating a dialup entry using these
function in VB would be great.
I'll gladly pay 200 pts for satisfactory answer.
