No matter what I do I cannot get Netscape and MS internet Explorer to line up &quot;Dead On&quot; when I use frames. Netscape always seems to be about 8-10 pixels off center for some reason.<br />

No matter what I do I cannot get Netscape and MS internet Explorer to line up "Dead On" when I use frames. Netscape always seems to be about 8-10 pixels off center for some reason.
