Where to get gfx-net?

When I try to download mpg files, it seems like I need a program called "gfx-net.exe."  How can I get this, or what do I need to run these mpg files?

Its seems that you have the MPG files associated with a specific program.

I recommend downloading the newest Media Player from the following link. This should reassociate the MPG files to the Media Player 6
