.exe is an executable file (a DOS or Win application). It cannot run on a Mac without a DOS or Windows emulator such as SoftWindows or Virtual PC.

Virtual PC can be found at:
http://www.connectix.com/

SoftWindows can e found at:
http://www.insignia.com/softwindows/

As far as where to put it on the HD, you will have to read the manual.
Both will run at the same time as the MacOS and you can toggle between the two environments.
Both cost money.
You will have to copy the .exe file into the PC environment to run it.

I prefer VPC.

The environment looks like a large file to the MacOS and an HD to DOS/WIN...technically, it is a soft partition.

Your welcome.
