I am downloading a form using netscape 4.06, it is being opened in Adobe Acrobat 3.0, which the web page specifies. Once in Acrobat I cannot find an option to let me fill in the form, and then email it out; any ideas without changing the structure of the form? I have microsoft word if this helps.

in order to fill out the form in Acrobat, you must purchase acrobat exchange.  the Acrobat you are using is probably Acrobat Reader.  Probably, you are supposed to print out the form and then mail it in.  If not, a cumbersome way to do it is to take screen shots of the form and feed those through OCR software, but even then, much of the formating will probably be lost.  If you already have acrobat exchange, use the hand tool to click where you want to type.  if the site did a good job w/ their form, you will be able to enter your text in a box already specified.  if not, you may needed to make you're own form box.  click on the form button, drag a rectangle of apropriate size, click back to the hand, and enter text as normal.  to modify the box specs in anyway, you can click on the form button at anytime, select the box and under the edit menu (i believe) go to forms and select properties or something like that.  should be obvious.  hope that helps.

p.s. i don't know if this will work, but you might try downloading the acrobat plugin for netscape and you might be able to fill out the form online.... very unlikely though (i've never used the plugin)...
