DBGrid. SetFocus on column 3

How does one set focus on a particular column on a database grid control.  Action = press opt button 1
               Result = set focus dbgrid column 3

You just set the col attribute of the dbgrid control.

dbgMyGrid.SetFocus 'set focus back to the grid
dbgMyGrid.col = 3  'make column 3 the current column

works for me !
