Ramdrives are created in your (RAM) memory and not on the hard drive therefore they cannot be removed from the disk. They can however be removed from memory:

Ther entry for your ramdrive will be in config.sys in the root directory of your boot (C:\) drive. There will be a line something like this:

device=c:\dos\ramdrive.sys  (followed by several parameters)
or
devicehigh=c:\dos\ramdrive.sys  (followed by several parameters)

If you want to remove it permanently then delete the line, if it is to be temporary then place rem followed by a space at the beginning of the line. The remove rem to replace it. After the cahnge to config.sys you will need to reboot the PC for the changes to take place.
Any further questions let me know.
