Hello.

I would like to know where I can go to find/buy
an audio CD player which is better than the ones I have
now which came with Windows95 and Windows NT 4.0 Workstation. I would like to better optimize the audio
CDs I play on my PC, i.e., bass and treble adjustments and so on.

Go to www.winfiles.com and search through their list.  They are shareware and freeware programs.

Here is the exact link to the CDPlayer area:

Another program that might interest you is called WinAmp!  @ http://www.winamp.com  It can play multiple file types including the new MP3 formats.
