How can I "EXPORT" the functions from Delphi 4 to Visual C++ 5 though object file ?

You can't... VC outputs COFF objectfiles instead of ANSI objectfiles.
You can do two things: Compile the delphi 4 code to a dll instead of an object file
Compile the delphi code in delphi3 and output objects
Compile the VC++ code with c++ builder 3 and link in the Delphi .obj's
