There is a file that comes with MSDN library which is a help file that is about Win32 API.  I mean it has all the functions amnd extensive info about how to call it the parametersetc.  It also contains all the Constants.  I wonder if anybody knows where this file can be downloaded for free or if there is another help file that will help in API programming

Thank you all

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. The files are regular .hlp files compressed with RAR. If you don't have it, leave your email, I'll send it to you
