Using Frames

hi,
  I am working on a website using frames but I can't seem to figure out how to insert a link in the frame menu, but have the body of the website change. When I insert a link in the frame menu, the frame menu changes and I want that to stay the same. I want the frame links to affect the main body of the web page..thanks..
