i finally figured it out ralph, &nbsp;if you have Corel draw 8 you can install the printer from there also.....i contacted the company over the phone and they gave me the same exact answer as you so you rock! &nbsp;if anyone else has this problem ask them to try it through Corel draw and it will work also.<br />

I too have upgraded my PC to Win 98 and recently purchased a Relysis Avec II scanner. &nbsp;I have the same problems as the other guys I looked up with the same setup. &nbsp;The software is not compatible with Win 98 and it does not install the scanner. &nbsp;In fact it fails to recognize the scanner to its lpt1 port and when I run the disk from drive C i cant see any installation files. &nbsp;I dont know how to install and deinstal and do all that other stuff that was previously suggested and i havent contacted the relysis online yet but if there is anyone that maybe has the upgraded version of the installation program for Win 98 that i can download please let me know if it exists and If i can get it. Thanx
