MIDAS, OLEnterprise documentation

I have the Delphi 4 Client/Server edition.  There is some documentation on MIDAS and OLEnterprise in the Developers Guide, but I think it is insufficient.

Can someone give me some good references on MIDAS programming.  I am also looking for additional information on OLEnterprise.
