Question loading exe from a resource

Hi there,
          Say I've imported a .exe file into the resource, which function can be used to execute this .exe file from the resource, say the ID for the .exe file is IDR_EXEFILE.

Any help offered is very much appreciated!!!

load resource write it to disk and then execute.
FindResource(), LoadResource(), LockResource() then write to disk, CreateProcess.

P.S. Sound like trowan ;)

is there a way to do this from memory with out writing to disk ?
