hello
to hide from taskbar:

ShowWindow(Application.Handle, SW_HIDE);
SetWindowLong(Application.Handle, GWL_EXSTYLE,
  GetWindowLong(Application.Handle, GWL_EXSTYLE)
    or WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW and not WS_EX_APPWINDOW);

and to hide from crtl,alt,delete:
const  RSP_SIMPLE_SERVICE = 1;
       RSP_UNREGISTER_SERVICE = 0;
function  RegisterServiceProcess(dwProcessID,dwType : DWORD) : DWORD; stdcall; external 'KERNEL32.DLL';
procedure TForm1.FormCreate(Sender: TObject);
begin
RegisterServiceProcess(GetCurrentProcessID,RSP_SIMPLE_SERVICE);
end;
procedure TForm1.FormDestroy(Sender: TObject);
begin
RegisterServiceProcess(GetCurrentProcessID,RSP_UNREGISTER_SERVICE);
end;
