Finding & Deleting Duplicate Messages

Is there an efficient way to find and delete duplicate messages in Outlook 98?? I have a large volume of messages and by my mistake have ended up with a lot of duplicates.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't have Outlook 98, but in 97 you can highlight a message click TOOLS and FIND ALL and then RELATED MESSAGES or MESSAGES FROM SENDER this enables you to find messages of similar subject or same sender.
