I am running Windows 95B.  My windows passwords do not function until I log into the internet.  Then it will ask me for a windows password. How do I correct this so that it asks for the windows password when the computer is turned on.

Go to the Network Icon in your Control Panel and change the Primary Network Login as Windows Login.

If you still have this problewm, then you have to remove all the Networks devices in this Network Icon of Control Panel and re-install everything back normally.

THis type behaviour is mainly due to the conflicts between different network settings and versions in the registry.
