Go to the Network Icon in your Control Panel and change the Primary Network Login as Windows Login.

If you still have this problewm, then you have to remove all the Networks devices in this Network Icon of Control Panel and re-install everything back normally.

THis type behaviour is mainly due to the conflicts between different network settings and versions in the registry.
